Stocked Merchandise may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase, prior to delivery, and is subject to a 25% re-stocking fee

Refunds will be forfeited if furniture is NOT in original packaging & unassembled.
Refunds will be forfeited if the furniture was used or damaged by the customer.
Customer is responsible for verifying building access and ensuring furniture will fit through doorways, stairways and elevators. If a delivery attempt is made and the furniture does not fit, the delivery fee will be charged to your account and Z & R Furniture will apply the cancellation policy to the order. Special order merchandise cannot be cancelled.
All balances must be paid in full prior to delivery.
The estimated delivery times provided to you at the time purchase are based on manufacturers lead times provided to us.
Z & R Furniture is not responsible for the moving or removal of existing furniture in a customer's home. The area for placement of furniture should be clear and prepared to receive the delivery.
Any damages or defects to the merchandise must be thoroughly inspected at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery ticket. The driver will contact customer service to resolve the issues. Customer must provide us a reasonable time to take care of the damages. All minor damages will be fixed/repaired by a professional according to manufactures’ guidelines.
Delivery fees are non-refundable after merchandise has been delivered or an attempt to deliver has been made.
• Please take pictures immediately after the delivery
• Add notes on the delivery slip as to what was damaged & how, if known.
• The manufacture has the right to fix damaged product within a reasonable time frame prior to any cancellation of orders. If a customer wishes to cancel the order, a 25% restocking fee will apply as well as any shipping charges.
• Any damaged or unfulfilled purchase request must be received from the customer within 7 days from the date of delivery.
